24 Hours Cancellation

With the understanding that time is a precious commodity, it is our hope that our professional relationship will be grounded in mutual respect. Please be aware we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your appointment and have not notified us 24 hours in advance, you will be billed for the service you reserved.

Late Arrival

We respectfully ask that you be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, the courtesy of a phone call is much appreciated. Appointments must end at the regularly scheduled time in order to promptly serve the next client.

Non-Sufficient Funds

If a check is returned for NSF, the client/patient will be charged a $20 service fee as well as any fines AWT may incur as a result.

Massage/ Body Work Policy

All massages are therapeutically oriented and non-sexual. Any remarks or gestures made by the client and interpreted by the therapist as harassment or sexual in nature will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
